Workship: Pekerjaan sebagai Ibadah
Abstract
Abstract. The background of this study is the dichotomy between work and worship due to the increasing dominance of materialism and secularism in the modern world. The study aims to explore theological and practical understanding of how work can be a means to glorify God, as well as to offer practical guidance for Christians in integrating faith and work. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature study and case study approach. The result of the study shows that work is not only a means of earning a living, but also a spiritual calling that reflects God's love and social justice. Every form of work, whether in the business sector, education, government, or social services, can be offered as a form of worship to God, as long as it is done with the intention to glorify Him and serve others.
